Our Veterinary Services
Immunization and Wellness Care
Our wellness programs are the most current and individualized that you can find anywhere. We recommend extended vaccination protocols.
We are equipped with digital dental radiography which allows us to more thoroughly evaluate your pet's teeth and oral structures.
Lasers are a minimally invasive alternative to traditional surgery. Lasers replace scalpels in many procedures, and are useful for a wide range of conditions, such as cyst, tumor, and wart removal, and can even be used in declawing. Laser procedures result in less pain; less bleeding and less swelling. They reduce risk of infection and result in less post-operative discomfort. All About Pets has also acquired a class IV therapy laser. The therapy laser is used to treat a plethora of illnesses including, but not limited to, allergic or infectious skin disease, ear infections, arthritis, anal gland disease, acral lick granulomas, and post-operative pain and inflammation. The therapy laser is extremely safe and efficacious. We have been delighted by the results we have witnessed.
Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer AVID, the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery.
Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active. If your pet is overweight, we can help develop a weight-loss plan specially formulated for your pet's needs.
We offer many different forms of pain management, including the newest laser therapy technology.
Fully Stocked Pharmacy
Our office features a fully stocked pharmacy with the name brands veterinarians and pet owners trust most. We provide our clients with novel treatment choices such as Convenia, an injectable antibiotic that provides coverage for two weeks and ProHeart6, an injectable heartworm preventative that lasts for 6 months.
Digital Radiology – or X-rays – help us evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular(cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems.
We offer the most advanced surgical protocols in the area. Pre-operative bloodwork including a complete blood count and chemistry is completed on every patient to assess the health status of the pet prior to anesthesia and surgery. An intravenous catheter is placed to provide IV access for the best pre-operative antibiotics, emergency medications and procedures. The pain medication provided is effective for 24 hours instead of the standard medications that last approximately 45 minutes. We also have a heated surgery table to keep your pet warm during surgical procedures. Laser surgery is also available at All About Pets for an additional fee. Traditional surgery with a scalpel can bruise or crush tissue. Using a laser minimizes pain, swelling and bleeding intra and post-operatively. Recently, we have updated our protocols to include propofol induction and sevoflurane gas anesthesia, the latest and safest anesthesia available to date. As you can see, we strive to make any surgical experience as innocuous and comfortable as possible for your pet.
